Updates mapgens documentation to document every bitflag possible for "surfaceFlags" according to the 010 Editor Templates here: https://github.com/kenjiuno/kh2-bt
Also updates the "ground" documentation to include a list of what every value corresponds to.
Adds some extra info about UV Scrolling.
